Wiine.me SA , Genève - CDI
De Mai 2016 à Décembre 2016
Wiine.me is a company specialized in wine distribution (monthly parcels, online, offline).
These parcels are composed by european wines we've selected.
We use to meet our community in Switzerland (Geneva, Zurich, Basel, Lausanne) by organizing private and corporate events. These events are also good opportunities to provide experience and sell wines.
Wiine.me launched in 2014 the Salon du Champagne. The goals of this Salon are:
- To connect the champagne houses (big houses and more exclusive ones) to Swiss Trade an media
- To introduce public to champagne by organizing introduction courses and masterclasses
For 2016, the Salon du Champagne took place in Zurich Metropol and Geneva Beau-Rivage Palace. We've welcomed more than 40 champagne houses (Taittinger, Deutz, Billecart-Salmon, Perrier-Jouët, GH Mumm, Bollinger, De Venoge, Drappier, Minière F&R, Eric Taillet, De Barfontarc, Domaine La Borderie, Pierre Brocard...) and 1500 visitors.
All the champagnes introducing during this event have been tasted by ourselves to garanty a quality level.
My main tasks were:
- to develop the turnover of the company (sales, salon du champagne exhibitors stands, partnerships...)
- Develop the champagne brands awareness and business by connecting them to wine trade (hotels, restaurants, importers...) and public
- Strategy and coordination with the marketing and communication team
- Find new growth levers and ideas (masterclasses, champagne classes...)
- Measure the performance and profitability of the operations
- Mobilisation and management of internal and external ressources
- Animation and development of the network (trade and private)
Thanks to this experience, I strongly developed my autonomy, entrepreneurship behavior, my boldness, my tenacity and my winning spirit. I also had to solve problems with high reactivity and creativity.
