Passionate about luxury hotels and fine cuisine since I started, I am currently an MBA International Hotel Management student, with a specialization in Wines & Spirits, at Vatel Hotel & Tourism Business School Bordeaux.
Holder of the WSET Level 2 Award in Wines and Spirits, I am currently preparing Level 3 to confirm my knowledge of wine.
With more than 2 years of cumulative professional, operational and administrative experience in 4 and 5 star hotels in Europe, I am looking for my next challenge.
My goal is to extend my knowledge, develop new skills and achieve new objectives in order to ensure guest satisfaction in an exceptional environment.
For this reason I am looking for an internship as an F&B Manager assistant in a luxury establishment. I will be available to start this 6-month experience from mid-March to early May. I am ready to invest myself over a longer period of time, according to the needs and expectations of the hotel.
